Greetings!  I know we are in amazing times! We are actually going through a repeat cycle of something we have gone through before deep in our unconscious past. This is why many people are feeling uneasy: because we don't want to let happen this time what happened before. With the tremendous forces that are in our fields at this time many are feeling helpless; yet what is wonderful is that we always have the power to choose, and the main place we make these choices is with our minds. It has been said so many times but we can be reminded over and over as long as we are in this plane, and that is that everything that comes up, is either based on love or fear. So with every thought, with every action we can say in our minds, am I doing this because of love or fear. Then we can choose what we are building into our lives and world.

I know that I want to create paradise. And I know there are many of us who do. So that is why I am traveling all over and am even making a new CD called Creating Paradise. It will be affirmations with music to remind us of the world that we want to create. And whenever we hear negative news or conditions, this can help us come back to what we want and help prepare us on the inner for what we have so longed for in the deepest parts of our being.

I will be returning and traveling to new places this year. New for me is Russia including going to Siberia and being with shamans. I'm returning to Japan after a few years absence and we will also have a tour of Okinawa for those of you who would like to join. I will tour with Keiko and we will do everything we can to help the earthquake situation. As in other years I am always so grateful for those of you who can't join me but who like to tune in and send your blessings to the countries and people that I am with. We feel it! I also will return to Israel this year which is always so pivotal to the whole world situation. Not only will we have a tour that everyone can join, but I will participate in a conference in the Negev desert as well as giving concerts and workshops.

I get to return to New York City where I lived for 19 years and even get to go and be part of a meeting connected with Hilda Charleton who I have written about in the healing page of this website. I have a first time in Spain sponsored by Mihai who is the wonderful artist whose pictures are in the gallery and whose new painting is at the top of this message. I have the original and the colors are so vibrant. It is such a thrill to see the higher aspect of me and if I'm not there in my mind, then to look at the painting and be instantly reminded. I wish all of you and everyone on this earth could have a beautiful painting of their highest self to tune into. May we all manifest that and what is even more important, become our higher selves.

As many of you know I have participated in many retreats and for years worked with others including many years with Jasmuheen. I am so grateful for all those years and look forward to being with Jasmuheen and others in the future. And what the universe gifted me with last year was the first time presenting a retreat on my own in the Pyrenees in southern France. It was incredible and beyond all my expectations. It was so beautiful there and we had a chance to go so deep and move into spaces that one can't in just a weekend. It was so wonderful that we are doing it again this year in the same magic place in France. And we are doing a week in Tuscany, Italy with German translation for those of you who speak German. The Italy retreat is right near the mountain where St. Francis had his stigmata. The French retreat is right near the Cathar ruins. So in both retreats we will take excursions into the auras and rich spiritual heritage that is there. Especially in this time of such change on the planet, I ask that the right people come who want to make a difference and help create paradise on earth. I pray that the souls of some of you are touched and will join us for this very special time out of time.

And there is also my music. Last year I came out with 5 new or revised CDs. Aurelia Jones is an author in Mt. Shasta where I live that has written the famous Telos books. She wrote a beautiful book on the Seven Sacred Flames and asked me if I would do her meditations with music. So I have a 2 CD set of her meditations with my music and voice and a CD that is just the music. Also I have a CD called Creating Healing that is affirmations with music. I use it in all my healing sessions and workshops. Many miracles have come with its use. Angel Healing and Endless Light are the revised CDs. I hope you have a chance to listen to the clips and if any of the music can help you with your journey, then I am so grateful. Years ago I heard that the masters and angels had beautiful healing melodies to give to the earth and were only looking for souls to bring them through. I said yes and so feel this music is really theirs. And at this time music can help us move through challenges and shifting energies.
