One tool that I created has been so helpful to me and so many others that I will include it here for you to use. Especially at this time. There are many strange energies affecting the planet now and it is good to be as clear as possible. This tool clears the energy between you and another person. But you can also use it between you and a group, country, city and so on. You can write it out and substitute the name of who you are working on where I have a blank. There is something magic about writing. You can just throw it away after you have completed your writing or you can put holy pictures or a favorite crystal or stone on it first. The best time to write is when you first wake up and just before you go to sleep. 
But any time will help move energy. Usually writing once is enough, but if you have a person with major issues, do it again and again till the energy feels clear.

We easily let go of anything that is not for our highest good. Divine intervention and divine resolution now transmutes and realigns us into our highest potential. All past patterns between us are rewoven with light into the finest frequencies for our highest good. ___ and I are karma free. ___ and I now have a clean slate.
